Housekeeping needs to be more thorough!!! Fridge was left dirty, towels were missing!!! The lack of clear instructions for check-in resulted in unnecessary frustration!!! A seriously thin layer of service needs improvement!!!

the bed is exceptionally comfortable. there's a handy kitchenette which guests can use.

I appreciated the apartment though some things didn't work.

They offered stunning and warm rooms with the bedroom as well as a kitchen. The hotel was set in a very central area not far from touristic attractions and great restaurants and the Notre-Dame Basilica.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Positive, Location was just a few doors away from the Cathedral Notre-Dame and everything in Old Montreal. The kitchen was functional, and the washer/dryer was super convenient!

My apartment was boutique just off downtown, best restaurants and the underground. The stuff where fantastic, I appreciated that. Location was amazing and magnificent, in the heart of the Old Town.

Everything was nice, I loved comfy and warm rooms. The bed was comfortable, central heating, an ironing set and an electronic key card were useful. Had a bath. Guests could use kitchen here, though I didn't cook. It was located in a historic area away from everything you may need.

Fantastic location steps from iconic sites, perfect for exploring. The apartment layout was ideal for our group, and the living area was cute.

Communication was lacking after initial check-in, as no staff were on-site for assistance. It took time to access the area, leaving us feeling frustrated after a long journey.

The location near Notre Dame is fantastic. Steps away from shops and restaurants. The apartment layout is great, with three beds accommodating us comfortably. The air conditioning worked well in the heat. We faced issues with a broken fridge which led to spoiled groceries. The bathroom felt cramped for five guests. A few kitchen essentials were missing, and the TV didn't function . A better parking solution would have been nice, as we had to find nearby garage parking at a cost. Communication was solid throughout but slowed down when addressing our concerns afterward.

Staying here with my friends was hella fun! The location was superb. We enjoyed our time visiting the Notre-Dame Basilica and hanging out at the nearby parks. The atmosphere was cute, and our room was clean and well-organized.

I did find I missed having a shelf in the bathroom to hold soap and shampoo. It would have.

Free wi-fi was great. Air conditioning was noisy at times.

the key to the door didnt work, so we had to climb the stairs in the heat! but the kitchen was spacious and came with everything we needed. also loved the high ceilings and brick wall! location was perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions.

Fantastic Location but Lacking in Comfort

The location was perfect, stepping out to explore the heart of Old Montreal and just a stone's throw from Notre Dame. The room was spacious and clean, accommodating our group comfortably. We had some issues with the air conditioning and the TV that weren't addressed , which dampened the experience a bit.

The staff here were quick to help out and got me a pretty spacious and updated room. the room had a kitchen and a bedroom, which was convenient. the housekeeping was just okay, nothing impressive. 🛋️
